The Centre provides a managed
workspace service for new and start-up businesses.
The units vary
in size, to accommodate both start-up situations
of different types, and to provide those businesses already
in the Centre with the opportunity to expand without having
to leave this supportive environment.
Each unit has a sink and running
cold water, and licence holder/occupiers have access to communal
toilets and kitchen facilities. The units are heated by radiators.
Each unit has it’s own security alarm, smoke detector,
telephone connection point, and a number of 13 amp electricity
sockets depending upon the size of the unit.
